Brian Denham, P.E. - President
Brian has worked on many successful projects throughout his career. He began as an Engineering Intern for a geotextile company in 1993 and for the City of Lakeland in 1996, moving on to work for several construction companies.  Upon graduation from college, he began as an Engineer In Training for a small civil engineering firm in central FL in 1997, and soon became a project manager responsible for the design and permitting oversight of several large residential communities in central FL.  After refining his abilities in residential design, he moved to a large consulting firm that focused on serving national big-box commercial clients.  This provided diversification in experience and confidence to move out on his own, beginning as far back as 2001.

Prior to establishing Denham Engineering, Brian worked with three separate civil consulting firms around the Orlando area.  While with those firms he was fortunate enough to work directly for excellent professional engineers/owners who through their mentoring, further developed Brian's proficiency in residential and commercial land development consulting.  

Born and raised in central Florida, Brian went to Atlanta to earn his Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from The Georgia Institute of Technology (GA Tech) in 1997 with High Honors.  He became a Professional Engineer in 2002.

Brian is active in a number of organizations including the FL Right to Life Organization, the Boy Scouts of America, and his local church.

Terrah Denham - Manager
Terrah has been working with Denham Engineering since 2005.  With a background in Public Relations, she is very effective in in client relations and marketing.  As an office manager, she is responsible for the company's various insurance needs and accounting.

Terrah graduated from the Florida College of Natural Health and is an LMT.  She also attended UCF, BYU and Valencia.
